Mak Kazimi is a Vice President at Axum. Previously, Mr. Kazimi was a Summer Associate at Axum.  Prior to joining Axum, he worked in the private equity division of Gulf Capital PJSC, a leading assset management firm.  While at Gulf Capital, Mr. Kazimi focused on private equity investments in the food and beverage sector.  Prior to working at Gulf Capital, Mr. Kazimi was an investment banking analyst at Lazard Ltd., in New York where he executed a broad range of mergers and acquisitions transactions.  Mr. Kazimi received a master of business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a has bachelor of business administration from George Washington University.
